For this project, we converted an 800 square foot Quincy Market tenant space into a quintessential Ben & Jerry’s ice cream shop.  With thoughtful planning, we created a functional layout that makes smart use of the space available.  In doing so, we retained several elements of the original build, including exposed heavy timber and brick walls.  The end result is a stand-alone shop that blends historic character with an unmistakable Ben & Jerry’s feel.
